Blackfoot Police

GUM THEFT: Feb. 6, 12:41 p.m.: A caller at the Short Stop reported the theft of five packs of gum. A citation was given.

THEFT: Feb. 6, 1:16 p.m.: A caller reported $50 stolen.

WELFARE CHECK: Feb. 6, 5:32 p.m.: A caller at Taco Bell said a female is beating a child in a vehicle.

CAR VS GARAGE: Feb. 8, 10:28 a.m.: A caller said a woman just crashed into the garage and appears to be stuck in her vehicle.

SNOWBALLS: Feb. 8, 9:56 p.m.: A caller said there are juveniles throwing snowballs at the residence and are concerned that they may break windows.

HIDING: Feb. 8, 10:19 p.m.: A caller said two guys are hiding behind trees at the Camas St. Apartments.

CAR VS HOUSE: Feb. 10, 6 a.m.: A caller said a man crashed into the house. An arrest was made.

INFORMANT: Feb. 11, 5:22 p.m.: A caller said he is an informant from out of state and has information about narcotics and child pronography. He said he is "nearly being found out" and is scared and that he has heard them talking and looking out their windows at him.

SHOTS FIRED: Feb. 11, 7:36 p.m.: A caller said they heard gun shots within 100 feet of their residence on Elaine St.

DRUG DEAL: Feb. 12, 3:09 p.m.: A caller said he witnessed a possible drug deal.

WOOD THEFT: Feb. 12, 10:41 p.m.: A caller at Maverik reported a male stealing a bundle of wood.

GAS THEFT: Feb. 13, 10:05 a.m.: A caller at Chevron reported a vehicle leaving without paying for $56.31 in fuel.

MISSING MEDS: Feb. 13, 5:42 p.m.: A woman said she left her purse in her car and when she came back, her medications were missing.

DEATH THREATS: Feb. 14, 1:34 p.m.: A caller said there is a man inside the business that is threatening to kill people.

FIGHT: Feb. 15, 12:44 a.m.: A caller reported a fight involving 6-7 men at the Tumbleweed Tavern. An arrest was made.

PROWLER: Feb. 15, 10:32 p.m.: A caller said a teenage girl is home alone and afraid someone is breaking in to the residence.

SUSPICIOUS MAN: Feb. 16, 12:12 p.m.: A caller at Ridley's said a man came in the store wearing a motorcycle helmet and sunglasses and would not make eye contact with anyone in the store. The man then exited the store. The caller said they thought it was suspicious.
