Kimberly sweeps double header from Snake River

THOMAS - The Snake River Panthers invited Kimberly to town for a doubleheader and played the perfect host, losing both ends to the Bulldogs 3-0 and 7-0.
"We have seen some good things and some things that we need to work on," Head Coach Kevin Curtis said. "We are so young that we are still feeling out the team to see where we stand overall, but we saw some good things today."
In the opener, sophomore Benson Isom took a no hitter into the fifth inning before allowing a couple of scratch singles before escaping without allowing a run. For a team that doesn't have a set pitching rotation and appears to be void of pitching in general, that is a very good sign.
