Katelyn Elizondo chosen Miss Russet 2017

Katelyn Ann Elizondo was born April 17, was chosen Miss Russet Wednesday evening in Idaho Falls. She stands 5’4¼” with brunette hair and brown eyes. Katelyn plans on attending Utah State University to become an elementary teacher. She says, ‘I believe children are so impressionable at a young age and I hope to can change the lives of my students by giving them a passion for learning, a knowledge of their infinite self worth, and a stronger confidence in their abilities to work hard, dream bigger dreams, and reach for the stars. After all, today’s little children will be the leaders of tomorrow.’
