The third annual Fort Hall Car Show sported 146 cars old models to custom made. The parking lot at the Shoshone-Bannock Hotel will filled with cars, people, a bouncy house and food vendors.
“We’re super excited,” said Destiney Tinno, promotion and special events coordinator for the Casino. “Our goal with this event is to fill the parking. This year we have way more cars. Some people brought their cars late. They were allowed to park them to be part of the show but they were not judged.”
“We are working on next year’s event,” she said. “An official announcement will be made after the scoring is totaled.”
Cars were judged on their display, exterior, engine, interior and overall presentation. The vehicles were divided into nine categories—classic, muscle, bikes and motorcycles, older, low rider, hot rod, truck, custom and employee.
Winners were awarded trophies. Special trophies recognized the CEO’s choice, the Tribal Chairman’s choice and players’ choice.
