Early the morning of Oct. 2, 2013 we lost one of the most precious love’s of our lives, our daughter Desiree. She succumbed to injuries sustained in a fatal rollover outside of Blackfoot.
By God’s miraculous grace and loving hand her son Kamdon (3 years old) also in the car only sustained minor bruising and a couple of owee’s as he explains it. Desiree was on an attempt to get away from that which bound and caused her much sorrow in Salt Lake. She was 10 miles from her destination of her earthly father’s arms. She did make it into her father’s arms. Her Heavenly Father’s. We take comfort in knowing with her love of color and music that she is experiencing such colors that she has never seen, is dancing with and is an angels, is completely free.
We LOVE AND MISS YOU!! But do take some comfort in knowing these things.
Desiree is survived by her father, Michael R. Hatch, and her stepmother, Nicole Hatch, along with her mother Callene T. Hatch.
Desiree so beautiful in her own right created three just as beautiful babies. Desiree is survived by her oldest daughter Kaydence (Abbey) 7 years old. Desiree with much love and selflessness gifted Kaydence’s (Abbey) through adoption when she was an infant to two very special and loving friends who now are her parents and in doing so gave Kaydence (Abbey) a beautiful sister Emmy whom all reside in Salt Lake City. Desiree and we her family have and continue to be in relationship with this beautiful family. Desiree’s second child Bailee Mae Vaccaro, a gorgeous 6-year-old lives with Shellie Mae (Nana) and Brian (Pappa) Vaccaro in Salt Lake City.
Kamdon Michael Harris, 3 years old, was her youngest. He is the son of Desiree and Brandon Michael Harris, Desiree’s husband. They reside in Salt Lake City along with his Grandma Brenda and Grandpa Kirby. Desiree is one of two of the most beautiful pair of sisters and she will be greatly missed by her baby sister Sierra Linnea (Hatch) Robertson. Along with Sierra’s children, Desiree’s nieces, Aislynn Rose Hatch, 4, Desanae Bonnie Rae Robertson, 3, and Claire LaVae Robertson. Her step-brothers and sister here in Idaho do and will always feel the loss of their sister. They are Shyler Nicole Byrd, Ty Lawrence Gray, Chandler Jess Gray, Justus Ray Gray, and Gene Max Gray, all of Blackfoot. Desiree is surely missed by her grandparents, Harvey R. and Linnea Hatch of St. George, Utah; her Uncle Craig R. Hatch, Salt Lake City. Utah; her Auntie Annette Hatch, Northridge, Calif.’ and her Auntie Karlynn Hatch, Rockford, Mass.
She was preceded in death by her “Pink” Grandma (Dorothy W. Richeson) and her “Pink” Grandpa (William Leland Richeson)
Desiree had a large extended family and was loved by many. We thank you all for loving her and loving us in this time of sorrow.
