Joshua Richard Herrman, 32, of Blackfoot passed away Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013.
Josh was born Jan. 12, 1981 in Pocatello, to Floyd Herrman and Peggy Ann Buzzard. He attended grade school in Wapello and graduated from Firth High School. After graduation he lived in Logan, Utah, for four years.
On June 11, 2005 Joshua married Tashina Roundy in Firth. Together they have three children, Koi Van (7 years), Kolter Byron (4 years) and Gracie Lane (2 years).
Josh worked for Boise Cascade for nine years. In his free time he lived and loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, wood working and building furniture. He loved to strike up a conversation with anybody.
He was a member of The Calvary Chapel and had a strong love for God.
Josh is survived by his wife, Tashina of Blackfoot; children, Koi, Kolter and Gracie of Blackfoot; parents, Floyd (Jennie) Herrman of Blackfoot and Peggy (Adam) Nelson of Firth; brothers, J.D. (Christina) Blackburn of Blackfoot and Jake (Janice) Blackburn of Blackfoot; sisters, Samantha Herrman of Blackfoot and Taylor Nelson of Firth; and grandmother, Joann Nelson of Firth.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fritz and Margaret Herrman, Jim and Frieda Buzzard and Van Nelson.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 South Shilling Avenue in Blackfoot. Family will meet with friends and relatives from 6 to 8p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 at Hawker Funeral Home and for one hour prior to services.
