Ronald Andrew "Runt" Waymire, 66, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013 at the Lost Rivers Hospital in Arco.
Ron was born Dec. 9, 1946 in Idaho Falls, a triplet with Dave, and Robert who were born to Donald Fredrick and Margaret Janet Little Waymire. They were the first set of living triplets born in
Runt, as he was know by his friends and family,
was raised in the Little Lost River Valley where he attended school in Clyde through the eighth grade, then continued his education at
Butte High School.
Runt spent most of his life farming and ranching in both the Lost River and Little Lost River Valleys. He enjoyed Western music, dogs,
horses, trapping, hunting, shooting guns, trap shooting and loved entertaining,
especially the children. Â He was known as a friend to all, willing to help anyone, and his witty comical personality. Â He was a member of
the Howe Lions Club and a member of the Protestant Church.
Surviving is his companion, JoDee Ramsy of Arco; their children, Charlotte Goodson, Pete and Rodger Moore; grandchildren, Amber, Forest,
Deserae and Eric; great-grandchildren, Konner and Gage Bingham, Jasper and
Roxie Levizon; brothers, James (Connie) Waymire, Butte City; David "Dutch"
Waymire, Howe; Keith (Connie) Waymire, Clyde; sisters, Paula Inskeep, Aberdeen; Janet "Tarz" (Kent) Cummins, Arco;
Marcheta (Dean) Mays, Howe and Mary (Brad) Smith, Ammon; Colleen (Raymond) Mardarietta, Howe, ID ; 82 nieces and nephews and 73
great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Don and Margaret and his identical twin brother Robert J. Waymire.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Howe Community Center under the direction of the Anderson Family
