Qualifying for BPA Nationals from Firth

Thirty-nine Business Professionals of America (BPA) students from Firth HIgh School competed in at state from March 15-18 in Boise.
"It was the second largest contingent at state," BPA advisor Kim Harrison said. "The largest group had 45 students. I told Roger (her husband), no wonder I'm tired."
Following is a list of the Firth BPA national qualifiers, events, and placings:
Kelsee Harrison: 1st Place-Desktop Publishing and 1st Place-Digital Publishing (two years in a row)
Kellie Tucker: 2nd Place-Graphic Design Promotion
Aspen Peterson and Gracie Russell: 2nd Place-Administrative Support Team
Olivia Adams: 3rd Place-Entrepreneurship
Kelsee said, "I'm so excited. I've qualified for nationals four years in a row. This year I hope to bring home a plaque."
Several students from FHS will be attending the national conference to complete internships. These students are: Abby Schiess, Desmond Killian, Camille Christensen, Cammie Gee, Hailey Gee, and Olivia Adams.
"The student did a great job," Harrison said. "I was so proud of all of their accomplishments."
BPA Nationals is scheduled from May 9-14 in Orlando,  Florida.
