Joe spent the majority of his life as a labor contractor in California, and moved to Idaho in 1989. He loved the friends he made in the area, and the family and life that was created here. He loved fishing and Morenita's Restaurant in particular. Diabetes had Joe suffering these last years and he could not see his two youngest granddaughters' faces. We know he is filled with happiness at the sight of them now, and is free of the constraints he had these last years.Â
