Chicken breast on the menu at SRHS
Preparation of chicken breast was on the menu for culinary arts students at Snake River High School on Tuesday. Fred Davis, who writes a cooking column for the "Bingham" magazine was on hand to teach four different easy and different ways to prepare chicken breast.
On the menu were Chicken Cordon Bleu, Mediterranean Chicken, Chicken with cheese and Hatch, (N.M.), peppers, and chicken with cheese and a mushroom cream pan sauce.
