Castillo trial continues

Charged with one count of murder in the first degree, a felony, Jesus Adan Castillo, 22, of Blackfoot, appeared for his preliminary hearing on Thursday morning.
Seventh Judicial District Magistrate Judge James Barrett presided over the hearing.
"Taking into account the evidence and the witnesses presented, I find there is probable cause," Barret said. His arraignment is set for 1 p.m. on Monday, May 1, before Judge Darren Simpson.
Castillo is charged with the murder of 18-month -old Zachary Tendoy.
