Anna Margaret Crumley, our loving mother, left this life to join her eternal dancing partner on Monday, Sept. 13, 2010.
She was born Oct. 15, 1927, in Blackfoot to Alfred and Anna Wilcox Hahn. Margaret lived most of her life in Blackfoot except for a few years when she lived in California.
She was raised and attended school in Blackfoot. Following graduation she attended Ricks College and received her nursing certificate.
On Jan. 22, 1948, she married Byrd Bert â€śBudâ€ť Crumley, in Idaho Falls. Bud preceded her in death on Jan. 20, 2002. Their marriage was solemnized on May 30, 2010, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
She worked for Lambert Produce and then as an inspector for the State of Idaho at Basic American Foods. She also worked many years in the quilting exhibits at the Eastern Idaho State Fair.
She enjoyed camping fishing, her grandchildren, going to garage sales and traveling, but most of all she loved dancing with her husband.
She is survived by her children: Mickie (Charles) Burt of Boise, Victoria â€śToryâ€ť Jones of Groveland, Teressa (Nate) Whitworth Allen of Pingree; a brother, Lyle Hahn; 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud; son Michael; daughter Annette; her parents; son-in-law Gale Jones; grandson Kim Crumley; brother Layne and sisters Dorothy and Nora Jean.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010, at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave., Blackfoot.
The family will meet with friends and relatives for one hour prior to services at the church.
Interment will be in the Riverside-Thomas Cemetery.
