A proposal to reverse two anti-abortion laws in Idaho is headed to the House floor for debate after being approved on Monday at the committee level by lawmakers hesitant to loosen the state's tough anti-abortion stance.
Oscar Ramirez Acevedo, 38, of Blackfoot, pleaded guilty to one count of lewd conduct with a child under 16 in a plea agreement. The remaining 20 counts of lewd conduction with a child under 16 were dismissed.
On Thursday, March 2, Bingham County Emergency Management Director R. Scott Reese and Bingham County Planning and Zoning Administrator Allen Jensen have been appointed to the Flood Control District 1. They will represent Zones 8 and 9.
