Lady Panthers use big second half to down Malad

December 31, 2014

THOMAS — Snake River head coach Rich Dunn refers to his yearly Christmas break game as the holiday ham game and for good reason.
As most teams in the area enjoy a few weeks away from playing games and just practice, the Panthers play at least one game during the break to keep in basketball mode prior to the second half of the season beginning.
In years past it took the Panthers a quarter or two or sometimes the entire game to get into the flow of the game.
Tuesday night against visiting Malad it took just two quarters for the Panthers to earn a huge 56-33 win at Snake River High School.
