Lillian Alice Pearl Walton Scott, 88, of Idaho Falls, passed away at her daughter’s home on March 1, 2013.Â
  Lillian was born Sept. 7, 1924, in Onida, South Dakota to Clarence Sylvester Walton and Ora Valentine Lentz Walton. She grew up and attended various schools in South Dakota and Spirit Lake, Iowa. During World War II, Lillian worked in California making insinuator bombs and bullets for the men in the war.
Tulip Minia Anne Cervantes (AKA Peaches Nichole) was born on March 1, 2013 at 12:39 a.m. to parents Mark Cervantes, KaDe Stephenson, and big sister Danci. She weighed 5 lbs. 10 ozs. and was 18 ½ inches long. After 12 beautiful and unforgettable hours, she passed peacefully in the loving arms of her parents. A beautiful baby girl who touched so many lives in such a brief time, she will be missed and loved always.
Marjorie Venice Wren, 91, of Blackfoot, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013 at her home.
She was born Sept.2, 1921 in Presto Bench, the daughter of David Dye and M. Venice Stoddart.
She attended Blackfoot High School.
On Oct.2, 1939, she married Monte George Wren in Gibson. He preceded her in death on Oct. 9, 1977.  She and Monte were later sealed in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.
Gwen Wheeler, 83 of Blackfoot passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2013.
Gwen was born on Nov. 27, 1929 in Boise. She was raised in the Thomas, Snake River area. She attended Wilson Elementary school and was in the last class to graduate from Moreland High School in 1948.
Theodore “Ted” Eugene Serr, 85, of Blackfoot passed away, surrounded by his family on Monday, Feb. 25, 2013 at Bingham Memorial Hospital from complications due to a stroke.
He was born Dec. 4, 1927 in Blackfoot to Jacob Serr and Elsie Alma Henrietta Loebsack.
Ted graduated from Moreland High School as valedictorian.
On June 10, 1948, he married Gwendolyn Wood.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was serving as a home teacher.Â

Brady Kent Findlay, 24, of Idaho Falls, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013 at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
He was born July 2, 1988 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Kent George and Kimmra Ann Nugent Findlay. Brady was raised in Springfield and attended school in Aberdeen, graduating from Aberdeen High School in 2006. Following graduation he attended Idaho State University, studying Computer Science and earned an associate's degree. Brady has also lived in Pocatello and was currently living in Idaho Falls.
Brady was engaged to Ashli Anne Boone.
Lida Hale, 97, of Pingree passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013 at The Emerald House in Blackfoot, from causes incident to age.
Lida was born Nov. 28, 1915 in Thomas to Jacob L. VanOrden and Wilhelmina Steubesand. She was raised in Thomas and graduated from Thomas High School in 1933. She then attended Idaho State University in Pocatello and studied Home Economics.
On Nov. 28, 1934 Lida married Calvin Leroy Hale in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Â
Justine Batt, 56, of Fort Hall passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2013 at the Fort Hall Elderly Complex in Fort Hall.
Justine was born Oct. 6, 1956 in Pocatello to Robert Batt and Freda George. She was raised and received her education in Fort Hall.
She enjoyed beading, cooking, watching horror movies, going to the casino, arts and crafts, drawing, crocheting and knitting.
 She was employed at 4 Directions as an assistant cook and a cook at Elderly Nutrition. She also worked in the potato fields.
Marcene Edith Hulse, 69, of Blackfoot, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.Â
Marcene was born on Sept. 2, 1943 in Shelley to Devon Hyrum and Edith Morris Fowler. She was raised primarily in the Blackfoot area and attended schools in Blackfoot and Ashton.Â
On Sept. 13, 1962 Marcene was married to Ralph Hulse in Blackfoot. Their union was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS temple in 1966. Ralph preceded Marcene in death on Feb. 21, 2012.Â
Cecelia Gertrude Vogt, 88, of Blackfoot passed away Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013 at Bingham Memorial Hospital in Blackfoot.
She was born July 16, 1924 in Blackfoot, the daughter of Marcus Blenkle and Anna Arvish.
Cecilia attended schools in Blackfoot through the 10th grade
On Oct. 19, 1947, she married Joseph Vogt in San Francisco, Calif. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1995.
She returned to Blackfoot in 1963 where she has resided since. She was a parishioner of the Roman Catholic Church.
