Dale Thomas Sollars, 71, of Forest City, N.C. and formerly of Blackfoot, Idaho, passed away on his birthday, April 3, 2014.

BRIGHAM CITY, Utah - Artie Kaye Van Orden Bowman was the seventh daughter born to Artie Knight Van Orden and Edith Irene Fjelsted Van Orden on Jan, 22, 1935.
Jessie Gene Woodland, 25, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away peacefully Thursday, April 3, 2014 at her motherâ€™s home after a courageous battle with gastric cancer.
Jessie was born Feb. 22, 1989 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Wesley Woodland and Suzette Peterson. She was raised in Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School in 2007. Shortly after high school she attended CSI, graduating with an Associates of Arts in American Sign Language. She planned to pursue her education at Utah Valley University to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies with an Emphasis on Interpreting.
Jacquelyn Cox Nation, 59, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on April 4, 2014.
Jacque was born Aug. 16, 1954, in Blackfoot, Idaho, to Clarence â€śBudâ€ť and LaRue Cox.Â She grew up on the family farm in Groveland with siblings CaRene, Kim, and Liesa.Â
Jacque loved school, she graduated in the top ten of her class at Blackfoot High School in 1972.Â She attended BYU and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in teaching in 1976.Â She enjoyed teaching seventh and eighth grade science at Marsh Valley Junior High for two years.Â
Redgy Christensen passed on to his Heavenly Father on March 27, 2014 after a prolonged battle with cancer.Â He passed at his home surrounded by members of his loving family.
He was born in Rock Springs, Wyo. on March 25, 1943 to Thomas Christensen and Mazie Boren Christensen.
Â He was raised in Manila, Utah and went to school there from grades 1 through 12.Â He excelled in sports, especially basketball.Â

Julieanna N. Batt passed away April 3rd, 2014 at Portneuf Medical Center, She was born November 26, 1973 in Pocatello Idaho, the daughter of late Lois Littlejohn and late Brentley Batt. Julieanna lived in Gibson and Fort Hall all of her life. She attended I.T. Stoddard Elementary, Mountain View Middle, and Graduated from Blackfoot High School. She later attended Job Corp. and acquired various certificate from ISU to be a Alcohol and Drug counselor. She at worked at Fort Hall Chemical Dependency after her education.
Dennis â€śDennyâ€ť Ramey, 67, of Blackfoot, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2014 at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Â
James (Jay) Dallas Stephens, Ph.D., professionally known as Doctor Stephens, a resident of Blackfoot, Idaho since November 1976 passed away at home on Friday, Dec. 27, 2013.
Jay was the youngest of five siblings born to John W. Stephens and Ellen (Irene) Fogarty Stephens, at the hospital in Salmon City, Idaho on Nov. 27, 1931.
Frank Thibeault, 91, of Blackfoot, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 at Bingham Memorial Rehab and Extended Care Facility.
He was born Oct. 8, 1922 in Tilbury, Ontario, Canada, to Laurent and Harriett Rowe Thibeault.Â Frank lived in Ontario, Canada and Blackfoot, Idaho.Â He attended school in Canada through the sixth grade.
On Nov. 17, 1951 Frank married Mabel Galbraith in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.Â Mabel preceded him in death.
Mark A Paladino, 53, of Fort Hall, Idaho passed away Monday, March 24, 2014 at Monte Vista in Pocatello, Idaho.
He was born March 5, 1961 in Los Angeles, Calif., the son of John Paladino and Gladys Poog. Mark was raised by his Aunt Elaine, and Uncle Jim Ingawanup. He lived in California; Missoula, Mont.; and Idaho. He attended Fort Hall Elementary, Blackfoot Jr. High School, and graduated from Missoula, Mont. High School.
Mark was a member of the Native American Church.Â
